Each course uses the demo trading platform and some of the trades and instruction on how to trade involve simulations. During real trading sessions [using real money,] the emotion, personality, and decisions of the student become variables that will affect results differently for every person. The knowledge acquired here is not a guarantee of success or profitability.
By enrolling in the course, each student accepts that Forex trading is a challenge and with it comes risk. Also, that any educator teaching this course for EQUAL TRADING will not be held liable for any losses resulting from real trading decisions that the student makes either during the class or after completing the class/es. When you arrive at the class you will be asked to sign a waiver indicating your agreement to hold harmless Equal Trading and its instructors.
