(Other OTC:EQTD.PK - News) announces today the Company is embarking on a focus of responsible development and exploration of Gold, Silver and Copper resources in North America. EQTD will divest its existing business of Forex trading in the near future to focus on the resource sector.

EQTD will apply innovative technologies and strong management skills towards the discovery and development of a diverse portfolio of high value, low risk Gold, Silver and Copper Projects. The company is actively pursuing opportunities in British Columbia, Canada and hopes to announce the first of several Acquisitions in the Very near Future.

In anticipation of potential success in finalizing some or all of the projects that the company is actively negotiating, EQTD has set up a wholly owned subsidiary in British Columbia (B.C.), Canada to facilitate the purchase of any or all of the mining assets that is pursuing in this province. British Columbia requires that all mining assets are to be registered thru a B.C. registered Corporation. This numbered company is being re-named as Equal Gold Corporation.
